Detailed analysis of all existing project-specified data,
reports and pre-planning documentation. Ranking all reconstruction
items in order of importance.
Phase 2: Repair Methods Development
and Budgeting:
Determining the most cost-effective reconstruction methods,
and establishing a total project control budget. Verification
of the accuracy and completeness of prior documentation,
and when directed, providing supplemental information.
Phase 3: Final Design, Bidding and
Reconstruction:
Creating the drawings and specifications required for permits;
securing permits as requested. Bidding the plans and specifications
to pre-qualified contractors and subcontractors insuring
competitive pricing for all work. Administration of all
reconstruction and supervision of complete project closeout
and documentation.
